The Home of the Matildas at La Trobe University is a world-class precinct built to support the aspirations of the CommBank Matildas, as well as providing year-round access to elite training and match facilities for the Victorian football community – with a focus on women and girls.
This female-first, high-performance home base for football opened in July 2023, just ahead of the FIFA Women’s World CupTM, where it played a key role as a training base for some of the best female athletes in the world.
